INSURANCE

Swank Farms kindly requests that all clients carry the appropriate insurance coverage for their event. Proof of insurance must be submitted to info@cmmintl.com no later than (30) days prior. You are welcome to research your own event insurance provider, however, as a convenience, here are a few companies we recommend.

IMPORTANT: Please list 4751 Pacheco Pass Hwy Hollister, CA 95023 as the address on the liability insurance policy.

 

If you are mailing us a copy of the insurance, please mail it to 645 Lanini Drive Hollister, CA 95023.

 


Mail sent to 4751 Pacheco Pass Hwy will not be received.


If you decide to use another company, please carefully review and abide by the requirements below,
including the ‘Hosted Liquor Liability’ stipulation.

Insurance: Applicant/Lessee shall secure comprehensive general liability insurance with the coverage in the
the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 per aggregate; and hosted liquor liability with a limit of $1,000,000 in the event Applicant will be serving alcohol and such other insurances as may be reasonably required from time to time by the owner

Such policy shall: (A) name Applicant/Lessee and Named Insurance; (B) Applicant/Lessee shall obtain an Accord certificate of liability insurance naming additional insured as SWANK FARMS PRODUCE, LLC AND it's principals, members, managers, officers, servants, agents, contractors, employees and directors, and as to the limits set forth above.

Applicant/Lessee agrees to waive all rights of subrogation against the Owners, each insured, and/or each of the Additional Insured.
