Venue Rental 

Venue Rental for Swank Farms Barn depends on a few factors - event day of the week, event month, number of guests & whether or not, additional services are opted for. For example, Swank Barn offers a discount in rental if client chooses Swank Catering.
We offer off-season discounted rental if you are hosting your event between December 15 - March 31. We generally don't take large bookings for entire month of October, however small parties are most welcome.

 

What's included in the Rental? 

All rentals include tables & chairs for all guests, huge very proximate parking lot, access to entire property spanning almost 5 acres. There is a 8500 SQ ft double storied Barn, a separate Barn, modern style Mens & Ladies Rooms (houses 3 restrooms each), full sized pantry with heating & refrigeration systems, Lawns, walkways, Farm Entertainment Zone comprising fun rides & animals and seasonal  fields of Corn, Sunflowers, Sweet Peas or others. Clients can also access our central system to play music or microphones.

 

Beverages Policy

Swank Experience LLC has a strict policy against any outside alcohol at the venue or premises.  All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served at the venue must be through Swank Experience LLC. The corporation holds the right to terminate any private event if outside alcohol is served or consumed at any part. 

 

Additional Services

Currently, Swank Farms Barn offers Food Catering, Bar Services, Heaters & Fire Pits, Securities and Service professionals upon extra charges.  Out of these mentioned services, Bar service is mandatory (if you are serving alcohol at your event) and all other services are optional.
You are entitled for discount in rental if you choose Swank Catering. Swank Catering uses all fresh produces grown by Swank Farms and serves truly farm-to-table spreads. Our Catering package starts from $30 each guest. 

Please ask for our Service Menu if you want to choose other services.
We don't directly do services like decor, florals, DJ, photography etc. However, we have a list of vendors who offers services. Commercials and deliverables must be discussed between the client & respective vendors.
 

Deposits & Payments 

A deposit of $1000 is charged to lock your date and the deposit is adjusted from the total bill. Date is locked strictly on the basis of first-paid-first-booked basis.

Once the deposit is paid, you are expected to clear your dues as per the payment plan shared by Swank Experience LLC.
 

Mode of Payment

We accept Credit Card, Cheques, Cash, Zelle and Venmo. Please note that 3% is payable extra if you are paying via credit cards.
 

Timings & Restrictions

Generally, we let the clients choose their hours on the day of event. In the timing area, we work closely with clients needs unless we have limitations due to other bookings. 

We follow noise restriction rules and we expect the party to end by 12 in midnight. 
 

P.S. - We see a lack of standardization in pricing in today's Wedding Businesses and we constantly are working to bring transparency in pricing. We choose our vendors based on fair pricing policy. All in all, we work towards the Clients Needs & Comfort.
